The Atika Compact 100L Electric Pan Mixer is a 110V forced-action mixer built for plasterers, tilers, screeders and general contractors. With a 100-litre drum, 80-litre working capacity and a 2.0kW motor, it’s compact enough to fit through a standard 28-inch doorway yet still turns out a smooth, consistent mix for mortar, plaster, screed, grout and adhesives. Bottom segmental discharge and a tool-free removable mixing mechanism speed up loading, emptying and cleaning. At around 80kg on large transport wheels, it’s manageable for one or two people to move around a busy site.
If you’ve ever had a drum mixer leave dry pockets in a batch of screed or plaster, that’s the problem the Atika Compact 100 is built to solve. Instead of tumbling material in a rotating drum, it uses offset paddles and scrapers that actively work the mix around a fixed pan. Everything gets turned over evenly, so you get the same consistency from the first batch to the last, which matters when you’re mixing modern plasters, resin-bound materials or anything else that doesn’t forgive a lazy mix.
It’s a 100-litre drum, but Atika recommend working to around 80 litres so there’s room for the paddles to do their job properly. That’s still a solid batch size for a machine you can wheel through a doorway and lift into an estate car.
Plasterers, tilers, screeders, flooring contractors, resin driveway installers, painters and decorators, and builders who need a repeatable mix on site rather than a “good enough” one, particularly where a job is running to a schedule and a bad batch means starting again.

Beyond the 28-inch doorway width, allow clear access on the discharge side for a bucket, tub or wheelbarrow to sit under the bottom slide, plus enough room to lift the safety grid and load material from the top. It doesn’t need a large working area, but it’s not designed to be squeezed into a tight corner either.
It’s designed for single-operator use, loading, mixing and discharge can all be managed by one person. The large wheels help here too, since you can move a mixed or part-loaded machine without needing a second pair of hands.
The 100-litre drum is the sweet spot for most trade work, big enough for efficient batch sizes, small enough to still get through doorways and into a van without plant transport. If you’re regularly mixing much larger volumes or working across multiple mix stations, it may be worth talking to us about larger capacity options.
The mixer arrives assembled and ready to connect to a suitable 110V transformer. There’s no separate build required; check the machine over on delivery, and you’re ready to start mixing.
As with any site mixer, regular cleaning after each use (easy here, thanks to the tool-free removable mixing mechanism) is the main maintenance task. Beyond that, treat it like any powered plant, periodic checks on the motor, gearbox and cabling in line with your site’s equipment inspection schedule.
