Delivery Times

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of purchase, using our own delivery vehicles and drivers.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation so you know it’s on its way. If any item is out of stock or likely to take longer than usual, we’ll contact you to let you know before your order is processed.

Please note: working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across England and most of Wales. Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, or islands such as the Isle of Wight.

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, simply pop your postcode in when you add items to your cart, and it will confirm whether we deliver to your location.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. Charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you’ll always know the full cost upfront.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase, ready for delivery within the 2–5 working day window. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Access & Delivery Instructions

If your delivery address has any access restrictions, narrow roads, limited parking, or specific delivery instructions our drivers should know about, please let us know when you place your order, or contact us as soon as possible afterwards. This helps make sure your delivery goes smoothly.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any part of your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can put things right as quickly as possible.
