Since 2017, Mays Direct has been the UK’s go-to online destination for construction materials, ladders, towers, temporary fencing and building supplies. Our Story

Mays Direct was born out of the demanding, hands-on world of scaffolding. Our director, Andy May, learned the trade from the ground up as a scaffolder himself, and that practical, real-world experience is still at the heart of everything we do. We know what it’s like to be on-site needing materials fast, and we built this business to solve that problem properly.

Today, Mays Direct is proud to be part of the wider Mays Direct Group, working alongside our scaffolding and building supplies operations to provide customers with a dedicated online partner for construction, towers, fencing, and safety equipment.

Where We're Based

We’re based in West Sussex, but that doesn’t limit who we serve. With a trusted network of couriers, we deliver across mainland UK, getting orders to customers’ doors within 2–5 working days.
