 Ordering from Mays Direct is quick and simple, and everything is done online. Follow the steps below to place your order, get an instant delivery cost, and pay securely, no phone calls needed.

Step 1 – Browse Our Products

Browse our website and add the items you need to your basket. If you’re not sure exactly what you need, our product pages have all the details, or you can drop us a message, and we’ll be happy to help before you order.

Step 2 – Get Your Delivery Cost

Once you’ve added your items, go to your basket and enter your postcode. Our system will automatically calculate your delivery cost and show it to you before you check out — no need to call or email to ask for a price.

Step 3 – Enter Your Details

Add your billing details and, if it’s different, your delivery address. Double-check everything is correct so your order gets to the right place.

Step 4 – Pay Securely Online

All payments are taken securely online at checkout — this is the only way we accept payment. We’re unable to take card payments over the phone, and we don’t have a card machine at our yard, so please make sure your order is paid for online before collection or delivery.

Delivery or Click & Collect?

Delivery: Sit back and relax — we’ll keep you updated on your order and share your delivery details.

Click & Collect: All click and collect orders must be placed and paid for online first — we’re not able to arrange collections over the phone or take payment in person. Once we’ve received your order, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect from our yard. Please note that our yard is by appointment only, so please wait to hear from us before making your way over.
